About Weldon Fulton and Museum Hill Café

Weldon Fulton owned and operated restaurants in southern California before moving to Santa Fe. He appreciates good, fresh, straight forward food. Weldon reopened Museum Hill Café in 2010, after the restaurant had been closed for nearly nine months, to bring delicious food not just to people visiting the museums but to all of Santa Fe. Weldon explains "there seemed to be a misconception that Museum Hill Café was just for visitors to the museums, but we're open to the public and strive to serve high end food at café prices."
